Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose POS if you need billing, stock and reports. Choose HR & Payroll if you need to manage staff, attendance, salaries and appointments. Choose Pro to get both bundles plus the AI assistant. Salons and clinics usually want Pro, because they need both bookings and billing.
Is the AI assistant on every plan?
No. The AI assistant is available on the Pro plan only.
Can salons, spas and clinics use Casherra?
Yes. The Appointments module, in the HR & Payroll bundle, lets you book clients and patients with your staff. Add the POS bundle (or choose Pro) to bill for services and products at the counter.
Can I bill by time, like a snooker table or gaming station?
Yes. Add a timed service and charge it per minute, per 30 minutes or per hour. Snacks and drinks can be sold through the same POS.
Can I sell loose items, like milk by the litre or rice by the kg?
Yes. Loose goods can be sold in any quantity, such as 1.5 kg or 250 ml, with the price set per unit. Products with variants, like sizes, colours, flavours or packs, are supported too.
Can I sell on credit (udhaar)?
Yes. The Customers module keeps credit balances, so you can see what each customer owes.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. If you pay for a year, you get 2 months free.
What does the AI assistant do?
It lets you ask questions about your sales, stock and expenses in plain words and get instant answers. It is available on the Pro plan.
Why is pricing per branch and not per user?
Shops often have several cashiers. Charging per branch means you can give your whole team access without paying extra for each person.
Can I use more than one currency?
Yes. Casherra supports multiple currencies, including PKR, USD, AED, SAR, GBP, EUR and INR.
Can I import my existing items?
Yes. Download the Excel template, fill in one row per item (with opening stock if you like), upload it, and your catalog is ready in minutes. Products with variants are added through the Add item screen.
Can I control what my staff can see?
Yes. Roles and permissions let you decide exactly which pages and actions each employee can use.
Does Casherra work offline?
Casherra is cloud-based and needs an internet connection. Offline mode is not available yet.
When will CRM arrive?
CRM is coming soon and will be included in the Pro plan when it launches. See the roadmap above for updates.
